     If you were to incorporate green tea into your weight loss efforts, how is the best way to go about it?

     One way would be to choose a reputable brand of organic green tea at a health food store or natural grocery, and start by taking a cup of tea every day. You can also take a green tea extract, in the form of a supplement. Definitely take the green tea with meals. Three cups a day or more is the amount of Green Tea typically taken in Asian countries. The tea is usually brewed using 1 to 2 teaspoons of the dried tea in a cup of boiling water, or is steeped for 3 to 15 minutes. Green tea extracts are also available in capsule form.
