What to tell yourself to motivate yourself:

     Weight loss motivation is all about supporting yourself along the way and thinking in a certain way that makes you want to keep going with your plan. There are a few things that you can ponder when you feel your motivation thoughts slipping:

- Persistently remind yourself that a new, healthy, sexy you is going to come from your hard work.

- Realize that an effective fitness program, performed consistently, will not only improve your overall health and fitness, but will also drastically improve your physical appearance, energy level, confidence and weight loss motivation.

- Understand that you can make the choice not to repeat old patterns of eating, non-exercise, and negative thinking. You have the ability to choose the emotions you have and keep your weight loss motivation soaring.

- If you don't like feeling guilty, frustrated, or doubtful, or not having any weight loss motivation you can choose not to. You and no one else must decide what is comfortable for you.

- In order to become successful at making healthy choices, you must avoid negative self-talk and start practicing positive thinking to keep your weight loss motivation high.

- If you have slipped on your program of weight loss and feel guilty and discouraged, like you are back where you started reflect on the feelings you had before you decided to give up and lost your weight loss motivation. You accepted change and developed a new way of living; these skills are yours forever.
