Weight loss vitamins
are used in natural weight loss programs. Vitamins are organic substances
that are necessary to our bodies for us to live. They play an important
role in the metabolism of fat and stabilizing blood sugar levels
- both of which affect weight control and how fast we lose
weight. For example, a number of chemical reactions are required to
convert food into energy or fat. These are controlled by enzymes, which
are influenced by vitamins, minerals and other micronutrients. Any vitamin
or mineral deficiency may harm our ability to convert glucose
into energy (instead of fat) resulting in slower weight loss or more
difficult weight control.

is impossible to sustain life without vitamins. Vitamins are divided
into 2 groups - water soluble vitamins B and C and less soluble ones
A,D,E and K.
